Before, during, and after the festival, we expect to serve 40,000 meals to volunteers and up to 20,000 to the festival’s guests.
Again, this year, we were part of offering delicious food to guests and volunteers at this year’s Roskilde Festival. It is our vegetarian canteen concept, Wicked Rabbit, that is behind the many meals. With tasty and plant-based dishes on the menu, meals were served to both the festival’s volunteers and the many music-loving guests. Many volunteers are in the kitchen and behind the counter. As something new this year, we also offer plant-based breakfast, including waffles with banana, peanut butter, berry compote, and coconut.
The ambition with this year’s food offerings is to provide the cheapest, most delicious meal on site, and therefore there was a dahl with cabbage salad and garlic naan for only 50 DKK on the menu.
