As tradition dictates, we at Compass Group celebrated our student assistants who have completed their bachelor’s or master’s degrees this year.
Colleagues from our head office came together to celebrate all 11 master’s graduates and six bachelor’s graduates.
Jens Mossing, mentor to our student assistants and Business Partner Finance at Compass Group, gave a speech highlighting the value they bring to the business every day:
“You bring incredible energy to our workplace, and you make my everyday work even better. For that, I’m truly grateful.”
Jens also highlighted the unique strengths our student assistants contribute to Compass Group.
“You have a remarkable ability to see things from new perspectives and bring fresh ideas to the table that create value across Compass Group.”
One of the graduates we celebrated was Sofie Skive, who has spent the past two years working with us as a Business Analyst. Fortunately, Sofie’s journey with Compass Group is far from over – she is continuing with us in a full-time role as an Operational Partner in our Facility Management division, supporting one of our major clients.
“Being part of Compass Group has been both exciting and incredibly rewarding. I’m very happy to continue my journey here while taking on greater responsibility and continuing to grow professionally.”
