Compass Group and BESTSELLER extend partnership with new three-year agreement

At Compass Group, we believe in continuous development and in constantly improving the experience for the people whose everyday lives we are part of.

For us, it is about strong partnerships and about the people who make the collaboration work in practice every day. That is why we are proud to continue and further develop our partnership with BESTSELLER through a new three-year agreement.

The new agreement builds on a collaboration where meals, service, and experiences have become a natural part of employees’ working day, and where development takes place through close dialogue between people on both sides of the partnership.

As Rikke Kristensen, Project Manager in People Experience at BESTSELLER, says:

A concrete example of the collaboration is our annual Foodathon, where we jointly set the direction for the next steps. Most recently, the focus was on the guest experience, with input from external experts who provided new insights into emotions, behaviour, and Danes’ food habits—insights we have translated into concrete initiatives in everyday operations.

Because it is in everyday life that it truly matters. At BESTSELLER, experiences are not reserved for special occasions. It can be treats such as honey twists baked with honey from their own beehives, restaurant days, or small surprises that bring energy to the working week.
