We are both proud and grateful that Jobcenter Esbjerg has chosen to nominate us for this year’s Integration Award, which is given to companies, associations, or individuals who make a special effort to create inclusive communities and opportunities for everyone in the workforce.
Behind the nomination lies several years of close collaboration with Jobcenter Esbjerg, as well as a fantastic partnership with our client TotalEnergies in Esbjerg.
Through our facility management agreement with TotalEnergies, we have created programs where people are given a real chance to establish themselves both professionally and socially.
Jobcenter Esbjerg highlights in the nomination that the collaboration with Compass Group has been serious, persistent, and human, and that we work in a structured way with upskilling, internships, and employment opportunities.
