We are proud to announce from the podium: From 1 July, we will take over the catering operations at the Danish Parliament.
The Danish Parliament is no ordinary workplace. It is where Denmark’s most important decisions are made. A place where daily life is shaped by tight schedules, crucial conversations, and decision-making processes that demand focus and energy from morning to evening. It is a vibrant institution with its own unique pulse – and a responsibility we take very seriously as we begin serving meals daily to approximately 1,400 people in the building from 1 July.
Our solution includes three dining areas, a restaurant, and two cafés, including a café in the beautiful old library garden, which is open to the public during the summer months and offers a natural space to pause in the middle of a busy workday.
The foundation of all the food we prepare is fresh seasonal ingredients and strong culinary craftsmanship. In addition to the daily lunch service, Parliament guests can also look forward to initiatives such as Friday brunch, offering a warm and welcoming start to the day.
Monthly events will bring people across the organisation together and create space for conversations beyond the formal agenda. Meeting catering will also be delivered discreetly and efficiently directly to meeting rooms whenever the day calls for exceptional service.
