We are proud that our parent company, Compass Group PLC, has been recognised as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies 2026 by Ethisphere, following an independent and thorough assessment of our global work with ethics and compliance.
In total, 138 organisations from 17 countries and 40 industries have been honoured. What they have in common is a strong commitment to integrating ethics into both day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategies.
The recognition is based on a comprehensive evaluation process, where companies must document more than 240 specific criteria demonstrating maturity in their approach to ethics and compliance. This includes governance structures, programmes and resources, policies and training, risk assessments, audits and investigations, third-party management, as well as the measurement of both ethical culture and environmental and social impact.
Earlier in 2026, Compass Group received Ethisphere’s Compliance Leader Verification and was also named one of the World’s Most Admired Companies by Fortune for the eighth consecutive year, further reinforcing this recognition.
This acknowledgement is a strong testament to the work carried out every day by our many colleagues around the world.
