A strong result at the Danish Lunch Catering Championships. It’s not every day that you compete in a national championship. But that is exactly what we did with our Food & Co. lunch concept – and we proudly brought home a well-deserved third place.
The menu celebrated spring from the first course to the last: crisp green and white asparagus, a rich veal fricassee with freshly shelled peas and Danish potatoes, followed by rhubarb for dessert. Seasonal ingredients prepared with the craftsmanship and respect they deserve.
As Jesper Holmberg, Account Director and responsible for our lunch concept, said after the awards ceremony:
“I’m proud. We operate in a market where competition is fierce and customer expectations are high, yet our team continues to deliver at this level. It reflects a professionalism and daily dedication in the lunch kitchen that I have the greatest respect for. It is with genuine pride that the diploma will now hang on the kitchen wall, where it belongs.”
