A partnership that began with meals for DR employees is now expanding to include concert experiences. By taking over the kitchen operations at Restaurant KLANG, Compass Group will help create the culinary framework for some of Denmark’s largest cultural events.
Since February 2024, Compass Group has operated the staff dining facilities at DR Byen and DR Aarhus, where approximately 2,500 meals are served daily.
“When guests visit Restaurant KLANG at DR Concert Hall, they should experience how food, service and culture go hand in hand. With Compass Group, we gain a partner with extensive experience in gastronomy and hospitality, who already knows the venue through the existing operations within DR. Restaurant KLANG is intended to be more than just a place to eat before a concert. The ambition is to make dinner a natural part of the overall experience.
