Henri Gregers Holst is the new Sales Executive, Food at Compass Group.

Understanding both the business, the realities of everyday kitchen operations, and the expectations of customers and guests is not a given. But that is exactly the understanding Henri brings with him.

That’s why we are pleased to welcome him, as he joined us on April 1.

With more than 18 years of experience in the contract catering industry—including several years in operations and a background as a chef—Henri brings a strong understanding of both customer needs and daily operations, as well as what it takes to turn ambitions into solutions that work in practice and can be delivered with high quality.

When meeting Henri, our customers will experience a partner who insists on understanding their perspective and vision before proposing solutions. Because that is where the foundation for the right decisions is built.
