From cashier to gastronome with a silver medal, Marta has taken a remarkable journey since coming to Denmark from Poland. Her story shows what happens when experience and education go hand in hand.

Today, she is part of the production kitchen, where quality and professionalism are transformed into meals for 1,700 people every day.
