It has just been announced that Maersk Oil’s newly built headquarter office at Amerika Plads in Copenhagen will be supported by a full Facility Management contract from Compass Group under Eurest Services.

Eurest Services and FLSmidth have recently extended their partnership with an additional three years. Not only have they extended the collaboration, but it has also been expanded with two new locations, Dania and Airloq, in Mariager. Both parties are happy to continue this relationship, which is built on transparency and dialogue.

To open oysters on top of the Chinese wall is not something anybody gets to experience. But that is exactly what Head Chef at Eurest, Jesper Mølgård Knudsen, did on his recent trip to China. Being an active competitor in oyster opening, Jesper was invited to show off his talent on a promotional tour around China. He did this with the support of, and sponsorship from, Eurest.

Kristian Frederik Bruun, Cater from Compasss Group's Centre For Excellence in Copenhagen at Mikado House, has received a silver medal from The Copenhagen Federation of Crafts. Kristian was awarded in recognition of his talent and creativity as a newly qualified food craftsman – but also because he is a great representative of Danish craftsmanship.

It has just been announced that Chartwells will run the canteens at the University of Copenhagen, Center for Health and society, CSS, with nearly 8,000 students and employees eating and snacking at the university on a daily basis.

In January 2017 Denmark's new National Catering Team was set and there was fight to the finish to get hold of one of the few vacant seats.

Since 2014 Eurest Service has been responsible for food service and facility management at Maersk Oil's Danish business unit, including all of their locations in Esbjerg.

Compass Group Denmark and Det Danske Madhus have entered into an agreement for Compass Group Denmark to divest its business, Din Private Kok, to Det Danske Madhus. The transaction includes all activities, customer contracts, employees and facilities relating to this part of their Danish business.
