Our employees are our greatest asset, and we understand how important it is for our success that people thrive. That’s why we have chosen to form partnerships that help people in need. We have selected causes that we feel enable us to make a difference in our capacity as a food service company.
At Compass Group, we have been working with Glad Fonden (English: The Glad Foundation) since 2018. Glad Fonden works to bring people with and without disabilities together and believes that having people from different walks of life are an asset that can enrich, gladden and inspire our society. We have four people from Glad Fonden on our permanent staff.
A zest for life and wellness are not guaranteed for everyone, but developing a healthy relationship to food and exercise in childhood is a good start. Julemærkefonden (English: The Christmas Seal Foundation) strives to achieve this every day, and we are proud to partner with them in actively promoting health, wellbeing and happiness for children everywhere. At Compass Group Denmark, we have volunteer ambassadors who are dedicated to optimising our cooperation with Julemærkefonden, so that we can raise more funds for the children in Christmas Seal homes across Denmark.
With our service concepts based on healthy food and wellbeing, we at Compass Group Denmark contribute to making everyday life at work easier for a wide range of Danish companies.
