Rasmus Fredslund appointed Director of Operations, Food, for major canteen clients

We are proud to present an internal profile in the role of Director of Operations, Food, for our larger canteen clients.

Rasmus Fredslund joins the role from our Client Success team and is a clear example of the internal talent development we highly prioritise at Compass Group.

“It is very positive that we can draw on a strong internal pipeline of talent and offer career opportunities. Rasmus knows our business and our larger canteen clients in depth, and he is the right person to take this area forward. In addition, Rasmus is a leader who puts people first,” says Managing Director Thomas Kempf.

Rasmus brings a strong leadership background combined with a solid gastronomic foundation as a trained chef under Michelin chef Michel Michaud. At the same time, he has extensive experience from the industry:

“I was trained in the classical gastronomic craft, and quality and respect for ingredients have always been my foundation. At the same time, my officer training, which I completed at the age of 19, taught me that leadership is first and foremost about people.

I believe that lasting results are only created through people, and I look forward to further developing our canteen business in close collaboration with our clients and a skilled team of Compass colleagues.

The ambition is to strengthen the customer experience, expand our market position, and always be at the forefront with solutions that create value for our clients,” says Rasmus Fredslund.
