Compass Group is expanding its partnership with GF Forsikring, delivering an integrated Facility Management solution at the insurance company’s new headquarters in Cortex Park from 20 October. After more than eight years of providing canteen services, the agreement now also includes cleaning, waste management, window cleaning and plant care. With a dedicated Site Manager and close collaboration across services, the aim is to create a seamless employee experience from day one. The canteen will remain a central gathering place, offering themed food weeks and more takeaway and convenience options to make everyday life easier for GF Forsikring’s employees.

In week 43, we put extra focus on legumes in several of our canteens at the University of Copenhagen. The initiative was part of a nationwide campaign by the Danish Legume Partnership, bringing together more than 90 companies, organisations and institutions to encourage Danes to eat more legumes. Through a variety of dishes featuring beans and lentils, canteen guests discovered new ways to incorporate legumes into their everyday meals. Our local kitchen teams prepared the dishes and demonstrated how familiar ingredients can be used in new and inspiring ways.

Our staff restaurant at KLP Ejendomme on Weidekampsgade 14 achieves an impressive guest satisfaction score of 97.6%, where Compass Group delivers an integrated Facility Management solution. The solution includes guest reception, meeting and conference services, and staff restaurant operations. From the warm welcome at the entrance to well-prepared meetings and an attractive restaurant offering, every service contributes to the overall experience. A popular weekly market featuring freshly baked bread, homemade specialities and takeaway meals has become a focal point for the building’s occupants. The case study demonstrates how integrated service solutions can enhance both guest satisfaction and the appeal of modern workplaces.
