This was the statement made by Henrik Bjerke, Operations Director in our cleaning division, when he gathered the division’s leadership team yesterday.
Our growth in the cleaning service is almost 50% for 2024. That’s a huge achievement!
The impressive results were recognized at the leadership meeting, where Henrik Bjerke had the opportunity to express his gratitude to his colleagues.
Achieving growth at this speed requires a major effort from everyone – especially from our colleagues in operations, who leave behind gleaming surfaces and spotless floors day after day.
“2024 has been an exciting and fantastic year so far. I’d like to say a huge thank you to the entire team who has supported and managed the tremendous growth in our cleaning service.
So from my heart – thank you for the daily effort and the difference you make with our customers and employees,” says Henrik Bjerke.
The impressive results in our cleaning service certainly haven’t gone unnoticed throughout the rest of Compass Group.
Thomas Kempf, our CEO, also attended the leadership meeting.

As we accelerate at this pace, it’s important that we remember to acknowledge each other and the excellent work being done by skilled colleagues at Compass Group. That’s something we were able to do yesterday.
