As a canteen supplier, we have a significant responsibility. Therefore, we make a great effort to reduce our carbon footprint and have implemented sustainable initiatives in our cnateens. Among other things, we have removed beef from the educational sector, and aim to become greener over time.

We aim to help preserve and ensure the sustainable use of the world’s oceans and resources. Therefore, we have carefully selected our suppliers who guarantee sustainable fishing practices. We ensure that our purchases and menus contribute to the protection of marine ecosystems.

By prioritizing local and organic ingredients, we aim to become even greener over time and contribute to a sustainable future. Therefore, we make a significant effort to promote sustainable initiatives in our canteens.
