Local and seasonal<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The best flavor experiences and most sustainable meals are achieved when using fresh Danish organic ingredients that are in season. We carefully select our suppliers to trace the supply chain and measure the CO2 footprint of our ingredients.<\/p>\n

In collaboration with our produce supplier, we have developed a green calendar with our own definition of seasons. We call it The 7 Green Springs, as we let the cycle of ingredients define these seasons in seven phases, rather than the traditional division into four seasons.<\/p>\n

Additionally, we have developed The 7 Blue Waves to facilitate navigating the season’s choices of fish. The Organic Cuisine Labels<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

We collaborate with our customers to achieve the Organic Cuisine Label, which indicates the percentage of purchased food and beverages that are organic. Organic foods support sustainable agricultural practices, limit the use of chemical pesticides and artificial fertilizers, and prioritize animal welfare. This ensures that products are produced with a focus on environmental sustainability and health.<\/p>\n
