This also includes topics they may not feel comfortable discussing with their supervisors or through normal channels. They can also report if they feel that our standards or reputation are at risk. All inquiries are handled by an independent partner who is not employed by Compass Group.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;cg-cta-button&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/compass-group.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/speak-and-listen-up_UK.pdf\">Read the policy<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Every report made through Speak Up is absolutely confidential, and there is no requirement for you to provide your personal information unless you feel comfortable doing so. To ensure a more thorough investigation, it would, of course, be more helpful if you provide your contact information. Each report will be assigned to a specially trained &#8216;case handler,&#8217; who will initiate a confidential investigation of the issue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting to External Whistleblower Schemes<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) has established an external whistleblower scheme, which complements Compass Group&#8217;s obligation to set up an internal whistleblower scheme. Reporting to the Data Protection Agency&#8217;s whistleblower scheme is not contingent upon prior reporting to Compass Group&#8217;s Speak Up scheme. However, Compass Group encourages whistleblowers to also submit reports to Speak Up, so Compass Group can quickly follow up on reported issues.<\/p>\n<p>You can find the Data Protection Agency&#8217;s
