Our Approach to ESG<\/h1>\n

At Compass Group Denmark, we integrate ESG across our business. Our efforts cover all three areas: E (Environment), S (Social) and G (Governance), and are embedded in the way we operate and develop our business.<\/p>\n

Efforts to reduce food waste<\/h2>\n

In 2025, we strengthened our efforts to reduce food waste.<\/p>\n

Throughout 2025, we reduced food waste by 30% across our staff restaurants. In the same year, food waste was measured in 92% of our staff restaurants.<\/p>\n
