Every year, guests rate the food, presentation and service, as well as their overall experience. Guest satisfaction stood at 95.6% in the first survey, rose to 96.2% and has now reached 97.6% in 2026.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe food has maintained a consistently high standard over the past two years. It\u2019s not that the quality has improved. It has been high from day one,\u201d says Cecilia Berntzen.<\/p>\n

In addition to the daily lunch service, the kitchen team has taken the initiative to introduce new offerings in the building.<\/p>\n

Every Friday, the kitchen hosts a Friday Market, where everything is homemade.<\/p>\n

Visitors can buy freshly baked rye bread and \u00d8land wheat bread, breakfast rolls for the weekend, crispy cookies, homemade pesto or chilli sauce, and homemade takeaway meals.<\/p>\n

It makes everyday life a little easier and the weekend a little more delicious.<\/p>\n

When the market started two years ago, it occupied a single table. Today, it stretches approximately 10\u201315 metres across the ground floor, showcasing homemade products from the kitchen.<\/p>\n

Through the T\u00f8m Buffeten<\/em> initiative, guests can also purchase surplus food from the day\u2019s buffet to take home.<\/p>\n
