Today, we were in Vejle to surprise a very special colleague and present another Can-do award. This time it was Vibeke Schaldemose S\u00f8rensen, a receptionist at one of our major customers in Vejle, who with her positive mindset and infectious humour spreads smiles and good energy to those she meets along the way.<\/p>\n

“The can-do approach is the core of what we want to stand for at Compass Group Denmark. It is the very special, unique, positive drive with which we meet everyday opportunities and challenges, and where we always have the guest experience at the centre. It’s seeing opportunities rather than limitations, and it’s being a good colleague that strengthens the community.”<\/p>\n

If there’s anyone who fits this description, it’s Vibeke! Vibeke is highly appreciated in her workplace and meets every guest and colleague with kindness, helpfulness and a big smile. As part of People Appreciation Week, Vibeke received several nominations, including one from her close colleague Alberte:<\/p>\n

She is a very warm-hearted person who always thinks of others before herself. In addition, she is always happy and in a good mood and always spreads good energy to everyone around her. The presentation of the Can-do award to Vibeke marked the end of this year’s People Appreciation Week, where we honoured our amazing employees for their hard work and daily commitment.<\/p>\n
