Thank you for a fantastic time at Madens Folkem\u00f8de 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

This weekend, we participated in Madens Folkem\u00f8de, where the industry gathered, and a total of 10,000 guests stopped by to taste, listen, and debate our food culture, as well as to meet others who share the same passion for food.<\/p>\n

Madens Folkem\u00f8de is an important gathering point for those of us who work with and are passionate about food. As the leading canteen provider, we were present to inspire and share knowledge about the gastronomic green meal and the sustainability journey we are on at Compass Group.<\/p>\n

We also absorbed a lot from many excellent presentations, debates, and dialogues with key players and food enthusiasts. Thank you for the great energy and strong contributions.<\/p>\n

In addition to this, we participated in several debates:<\/p>\n

Our Head of Gastronomy & Food Excellence, Kenneth Balieu S\u00f8rensen, took part in a live podcast at the Circular Stage on the sustainable, filling meal, hosted by Catering Forum.
\nOur Operations Director, Martin Brandt, participated in the Danish Dairy Board’s debate on how health and sustainability can go hand in hand, and in CONCITO’s debate on the great climate database.<\/p>\n

Thank you for the great energy, team spirit in the tent, and for the many visits to our stand for tastings and important conversations about precisely what we will be serving on the plate in the future.<\/p>\n
