Because when we are inspired together, it reflects in the entire dining experience, ultimately benefiting the customers and guests taking the first bite.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"690\">The program included:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"859\">\n<li data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"735\">\n<p data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"735\">Visits to local wine and food producers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"789\">\n<p data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"789\">A visit to the University of Gastronomic Sciences<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"859\">\n<p data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"859\">A sensory tasting activity in the laboratory for sensory analysis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"1014\">It was a trip that engaged all the senses\u2014and most importantly, the sense of taste. And where better to explore it than in the culinary heart of Italy?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1071\">It was an investment in flavor, pride, and community:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1285\"><em data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1283\">&#8220;This is actually the fifth year in a row that we have sent a team to Piemonte. We do it because we see it has a huge positive impact on our colleagues\u2019 motivation and on the dining experience for our guests.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1493\"><em data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1409\">As a leading canteen company, we see it as a natural part of our culture to offer these opportunities to our employees,&#8221;<\/em> says Kristian Hofman Bang, Operations Director responsible for our food business.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1607\">For us at Compass Group, it\u2019s not just a trip\u2014it\u2019s an investment in professional pride, teamwork, and quality.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1691\">Christian Paradisi, a head chef at one of our canteens, reflects on the journey:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"1771\"><em data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"1769\">&#8220;I came home with a strong sense of pride in being part of Compass Group.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1963\">That sums up what the trip was really about: people, connections, and moments.
