When we come together in new ways and have the opportunity to include our families, it creates an energy and togetherness that can also be felt on Monday morning.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"470\" data-end=\"715\">On Sunday, our staff association invited colleagues and their families to a cozy day filled with Christmas workshops, dancing around the Christmas tree, visits from elves and Santa Claus, and plenty of festive cheer for both children and adults.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"855\">The day also featured a raffle, where our suppliers generously donated prizes, and all 300 tickets were sold thanks to the strong support.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"998\">All proceeds from both the raffle and ticket sales go in full to our charitable cause, Julem\u00e6rkefonden, and Compass Group doubles the amount.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1169\">The Chair of the staff association and Head Chef at one of our canteens, Mona Malmborg, who also attended the event, shared her perspective on the importance of the day:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1445\"><em data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1445\">&#8220;I think it\u2019s fantastic that our colleagues and their families support events like this. When we meet in a different setting, it gives us another perspective beyond work.
