Former Michelin-starred chef Christian Kanstrup Pedersen will lead BESTSELLER\u2019s new staff restaurant, Skovhuset.<\/p>\n
The new restaurant complements the existing staff restaurant in Brande and will serve lunch to 200\u2013250 employees every day. With the opening of Skovhuset, our team has even better facilities to welcome the many guests who enjoy lunch at BESTSELLER every day.<\/p>\n
At Skovhuset, a team of four is ready to create great food experiences, with Head Chef Christian Kanstrup Pedersen at the helm. Christian brings experience from Michelin-starred restaurants such as Pure & V in Nice and, most recently, Restaurant Lyst in Vejle. He has also worked at several other highly acclaimed restaurants in Denmark.<\/p>\n
\u201cI want to create food based on the ingredients and dishes people know and enjoy. At the same time, there should be room to reinterpret them and add something new. Most importantly, our guests should have a great experience,\u201d says Christian Kanstrup Pedersen.<\/p>\n
Skovhuset is an example of how our partnership with BESTSELLER continues to develop. Compass Group now operates six staff restaurants at BESTSELLER, and just under six months ago, we extended our partnership with a new three-year agreement.<\/p>\n
